COVE TO CLOVER
5K / 10K (Run or Walk) — Beat the Snake Sunday, April 28th 2013
5K: 12 pm Normandy Park Swim Club
10K: 12 pm Normandy Park Towne Center
(Both finish at Burien Town Square)

This is like no other 5K / 10K you have run. It is hard; suffering is the name of the game as you climb nearly 500 ft. up the ominously named "Snake Hill". Indeed, it is brutal but at the top of the hill runners are rewarded with the ethereal music of a Highland piper and beautiful views of Puget Sound.

The Cove to Clover is 501(c)(3) non-profit and disburses all proceeds to other local charities. The Cove to Clover event has evolved and is a truly grass-roots production. The race was originally organized by a group of friends with the mission of producing a professional and fun event that showcases the Highline community at its best. Mick Kelly's was behind the event from the beginning and fanned the embers of enthusiasm to insure they caught fire.
